Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and g222k ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the g222k website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotional offers, and all associated content located at https://g222k.vip and any related subdomains or successor URLs (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on g222k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open. g222k reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close your account if you are found not to meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account is active. g222k strictly prohibits minors from accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number in your own name. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current at all times.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any g222k employee involved in Platform operations, game development, financial processing, or customer support.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from g222k or any other online gambling platform under a valid self-exclusion request. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by opening a new account is a material breach of these Terms.

g222k may at any time request documentation to verify your age, identity, address, or the source of funds used to deposit on the Platform. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by g222k support may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

Each registered player on g222k is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials including their registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes issued by g222k. The following clauses apply to all account holders.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

g222k processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. g222k does not accept third-party deposits — all funds deposited must come from a payment account or wallet registered in the same name as the g222k account.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

g222k may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and the following general conditions, which apply unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses are only available to players who are 21 years of age or older and who have verified their account. Unverified accounts may not claim or withdraw bonus winnings.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds must meet the stated rollover threshold before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• g222k reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and have begun meeting the applicable wagering requirements will not be affected by a mid-promotion cancellation unless fraud is detected.
• Players suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet rollover requirements, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on g222k. Breach of any of the following provisions is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes in a manner not intended by g222k. This includes any form of artificial intelligence or machine-learning tool deployed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or fraudulent financial activity through the Platform, including depositing funds from stolen payment instruments, criminal proceeds, or third-party accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal process. This includes using another person's identity, contact details, or payment instruments without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, misconfigured odds, or game malfunction on the Platform. g222k reserves the right to void bets placed under manifestly incorrect odds or during a known software fault, irrespective of whether the error was reported before or after settlement.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing g222k staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel. g222k operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse of its support team, and any such conduct will result in immediate account closure.

g222k actively monitors Platform activity for suspicious behaviour. Accounts flagged for investigation will be temporarily suspended pending review. During an investigation, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. g222k is not liable for any inconvenience caused by a precautionary suspension that is later determined to be unfounded, provided that the suspension was initiated in good faith.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes only. g222k provides voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g222k excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. The following clauses set out the specific limitations that apply.

Amendments to These Terms

g222k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where the nature of the change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing timelines, bonus eligibility criteria, or prohibited conduct definitions — g222k will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via a notice posted on the Platform or by direct communication to the player's registered contact details. Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions, may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
